I personally don’t put my make-up brushes in the elastic bit. But because the lid is higher than the actual bag, I can rest my brushes on top and still be able to zip up the bag for when I am travelling
For a size reference, the biggest pocket is just a bit bigger than a hourglass palette .
I love my one so much. I had to buy my friends one and they love it too. Definitely worth the money.

I have gone through so many makeup bags and the last one that I had literally broke at the seams but this is by far better than any other one. It fits what I use on a daily basis, my brushes and also some extras. I’m very happy that I don’t have to go digging through my makeup bag anymore and everything is in one place. The burgundy colour is also beautiful in person.

I don’t write reviews. But I received this over the weekend and already obsessed! I travel regularly and therefore don’t pack and unpack my makeup-this bag makes it so much easier, so much more organized and so much cuter! I typically put it under the bathroom cabinet in the mornings but this is so cute of I leave it out it doesn’t feel messy!

I do love this case, however it is not tall enough for my Estee Lauder foundation bottles. It is also not wide enough for some of my makeup brushes. I could barely get the top closed without taking the mirror out.
